PROBLEMS OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRICAL POWER ENGINEERING IN PENZA REGION

Background. Topicality of the given subject is connected with increasing role of electroenergetics in the economic development of theregion, mastering the high technology in industry and agriculture, reliable power supply to the consumers.
Materials and methods. The article uses the material from the official sources, regulating electrical power engineering enterprises’ activity, in particular, the project of the standard "Regulations of the technical policy in calculating the electric power at the distributional electrical power network complex", regulations, approved by the Board "Holding MRSK" Plc.: "Strategy of creation/modernization of the systems of calculation of electrical power at the retail market of electrical power in the network of sybsidiaries and dependents " and "Methods of shaping the programs of perspective development of the systems of electrical power calculation", as well as internal documentation of the regional branch "MRSK Volga - Penzaenergo" Plc. and its subdivisions.
Results. The authors considered the recently designated directions of solution of the key problems of strategic development of regional electrical power engineering: introduction of the new system of tarriff regulation RAB, modernization of the system of commercial calculation of electrical power, increase of efficiency of the logistic systems, shaping the systems of regular management in the structural production subdivisions of the enterprises of regional electrical power engineering.
Conclusions. The successful realization of the considered by the article directions of strategic development of electrical power engineering at the level of regional structural subdivisions will promote the realization of the strategic initiatives within the framework of development of the distributional electrical power networks at the regional level.
